Position: Corporate Administrative assistant Pay:$30 hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Job type; Temp-Perm
We are seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant I who can interact professionally with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Essential Functions-
Answer multiple phone lines courteously and professionally, taking accurate and complete messages

Create MPRA meeting sign-in sheets

Develop company presentations and proposals as needed

Schedule and organize company activities such as meetings, conferences, and departmental events

Assist with IT-related activities and maintain IT tracking spreadsheets

Order new equipment and create company email accounts

Issue company laptops and cell phones
-
Update and maintain the company website
-
Order company stationery, business cards, and related materials through approved vendors
-
Support the President with day-to-day activities, including executive-level meetings across Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial departments

Train employees on company policies and procedures

Collaborate with administrative assistants at other locations to ensure consistent adherence to company protocol

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Background in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industry preferred

Excellent writing and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of experience performing administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment

Proven administrative and technical proficiency
