We're seeking a Corrugator to work at a premier manufacturing company in Deland. Sound good? Take a closer look below. 

Pay rate: Starts at $17/hour plus $1.00 shift differential.
Schedule: 2nd shift 3:10pm - 1:10 am Monday - Thursday

What's a typical day as a Corrugator? You'll be:
• Operating and maintaining equipment in the production of media-made elements
• Producing complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
• Following supervisors' or experienced personnel's directions with little supervision
• Setting up and operating equipment to produce products that meet specification requirements
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintaining high quality and production standards and keeping accurate records
• Assisting lower classification personnel and being willing to cross-train as needed
• Setting up and operating necessary equipment in the related area
• Completing all necessary paperwork
• Producing and measuring products to ensure compliance with blueprint and work instruction specifications
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and safe work area
• Assisting with the training of co-workers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least two years of complex production/manufacturing experience
• Are computer literate
• Have basic math skills
• Can efficiently set up and operate a CNC corrugation machine
• Can correctly use basic measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and scales
• Proficiently use basic hand tools
• Can interpret blueprints, drawings, routings, sketches, and work orders
• Know when and how to adjust setup during operations
• Can understand, follow, and effectively communicate verbal and written instructions
• Can read and understand complex instructions and work from schedules
• Have good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Can maintain accurate records, logs, and collect necessary data
• Maintain an acceptable level of attendance
• Can lift a maximum of 50 lbs
• Can stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods of time
• Can use hands steadily for the operation and manufacturing of equipment
• Can read and write simple statements
• Have the ability to make decisions and have sound judgment
• Mechanical assembly or CNC experience is preferred
