Kelly OCG is looking for a motivated individual to join a sustainable construction materials company.
- Location: 100% On-site at Beaverton, MI 48612
- Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm (1h lunch)
- Pay rate: 25$ per hour
- Contract: IW2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration only.
The Role
As a key member of the finance team, you will provide the insights that drive our success. You'll be responsible for everything from month-end closing to high-level cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Analysis & Forecasting: Provide accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Operational Excellence: Manage standard cost establishment and variance analysis.

Strategic Reporting: Deliver timely data to management to help monitor performance and hit company goals.

Special Projects: Take on high-priority assignments directly for the Site Controller.
Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Associate's Degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business); Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience with PowerBI and ERP systems is a major plus!

Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles.
