Credit Operations Analyst
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Role Overview
The Credit Operations Analyst provides back-office operational support within the Credit Centre Adjudication team. This role focuses on reviewing insurance documentation, ensuring completeness for day-of-funding, and maintaining adherence to SLAs and risk guidelines. The position offers exposure to credit operations, client communication with solicitors, and the opportunity to develop operations expertise in banking and real estate contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
- Receive and review insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to funding
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to adjudication
- Ensure all files meet internal SLAs and risk compliance standards
- Maintain accurate records and ensure risk controls are followed in all processing activities
- Support quality control reviews and performance metric tracking
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education required
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking, accounting, bookkeeping, or law/real estate operations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Bookkeeping, data entry, and general administration experience
- Ability to meet SLAs and work within risk frameworks
- Real estate, mortgage funding, or law firm experience
- Licensed mortgage brokers
- Multiple short-term contracts / job hopping
