We're actively seeking a Marketing Manager (CRM Targeting Specialist) for a hybrid role in New York, NY 10018. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at driving email, direct mail, SMS/MMS, and digital targeting list production, coordinating assets, and ensuring campaigns launch on time, accurately, and consistently.

You'll own end-to-end production activities, build audiences in Unica 12, support A/B testing and send-time optimization, partner cross-functionally, and QA deliverables across channels. Marketing Manager (CRM Targeting Specialist)

Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid – up to 2 days/week onsite)

Essential Job Functions
  • Support and drive email, direct mail, SMS/MMS, and digital targeting list production from intake to deployment.

  • Build and deliver accurate campaign target lists using IBM Unica 12 and route to platforms such as Oracle Responsys and external vendors.

  • Manage asset receipt, validation, workflow routing, and internal sign-offs to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate daily production across multiple brands; ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of campaigns.

  • Set up email deployments including A/B subject line testing and send-time optimization.

  • Produce audience counts and sizing for business requests across all channels.

  • QA email rendering and functionality, circulate proofs for approval, and perform data testing and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with IT, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure data flows and processes run smoothly.

Must Haves (Non-Negotiable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, campaign operations, or digital marketing production

  • Hands-on experience with targeting tools (Unica 12 preferred) and production/workflow tools

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly Preferred
  • Oracle Responsys, Adobe Analytics

  • SQL and digital targeting experience

  • IBM Unica 10/12
