Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Advocate II to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. This position is fully onsite during training and will transition to a block schedule of two weeks working from home followed by one week in the office. Candidates must have their own equipment to work remotely once released from training, or they will need to remain onsite.
The Customer Advocate II will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to written inquiries from customers and providers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate information and resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach and the ability to make decisions and respond quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and/or typing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Detail-oriented.
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
