  • Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
  • Employment Type: 12 months

What's a typical day as a Customer Care Coordinator I You will:
  • Customer Coordination & Support
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and field project management teams for EEC Si demonstrations and customer visits.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer events and meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging meals, coordinating facility tours, and managing schedules.
  • Greet and assist customers and internal Motorola teams during visits.
  • Handle aspects of facility management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond to general inquiries related to visit logistics and materials
  • Marketing & Presentation Support
  • Assist with updating organizational brochures and marketing materials.
  • Support in generating presentations and marketing videos.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.) to manage tasks and communication.
  • Perform various support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • 1–2 years of experience working directly with customers in a face-to-face, coordination, or administrative role.
  • Experience scheduling and organizing customer-facing events or visits.
  • Must have stable work history
  • Ability to work independently within 30 days of onboarding.
  • Must be local to the job site (100% onsite role)
