Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour
Work Environment: Hybrid – Work three days remotely and two days onsite each week in Nashville, TN.

What You'll Be Doing:

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing their orders from submission through shipment.
•    Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and proactively communicate updates and resolutions.
•    Maintain up-to-date documentation and records, ensuring compliance with export requirements and company standards.
•    Tackle complex inquiries with a solutions-focused mindset and collaborative approach.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•    1+ year of experience in customer service or order management—ideally within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•    Comfortable with Excel and adaptable to new systems and tools.
•    Available to work a standard weekday schedule (7–4 or 8–5), with flexibility for hybrid work.
