Pay Rate: $28–$33 per hour, based on experience

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday   (hybrid)

What's a typical day as a Customer Order Management Representative II? You'll be:
  • Managing customer accounts throughout the entire order life cycle, including new account setup, order entry/modification, escalations, and logistics coordination.
  • Serving as the single contact for customers, parts distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Owning and resolving complex customer inquiries, maintaining detailed documentation, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with export regulations and validating shipping documentation to meet requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison for complex issues, including non-conformance claims and quality investigations.
  • Preparing and distributing standardized and custom reports for internal and customer use.
  • Supporting department initiatives, site Supervisor during customer visits, and process improvement projects.
  • Accurately processing orders, verifying product details, quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Bring some prior experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional documentation, and accuracy in order processing.
  • Possess excellent multi-channel communication skills for engaging with customers and cross-functional teams globally.
  • Are comfortable managing multiple tasks with solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Value diversity, teamwork, and respect for differences in the workplace.
  • Are proficient in using order life cycle systems; prior experience creating purchase orders/requisitions is a plus.
  • Can collaborate effectively with teams across different countries, including the UK, India, and China.
  • Have a reliable home office setup for remote work days and flexibility for onsite training and collaboration.
