What's a typical day as a Customer Relations Associate? You'll be:
• Providing support for set-up and changes to accounts in the customer master database.
• Processing implant cards, including preparation, scanning, and maintenance.
• Administering weekly reports for unbilled data and collecting purchase orders from customers.
• Maintaining customer contacts through SFDC.
• Assisting the sales, customer service, and regional teams as necessary.
• Establishing a thorough understanding of the products and effectively communicating information.
• Utilizing excellent customer service skills to assist customers and internal sales representatives.
• Supporting all business aspects in accordance with industry standards and requirements.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, (with some college preferred.)
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Are detail-oriented and dependable with consistent attendance.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Have experience working with data within database environments.
• Have experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical device or healthcare (strongly preferred).
