Customer Service Coordinator (Utilities)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: In-Office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; Remote Wednesdays and Fridays

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established team in Thorold, ON. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy providing solutions to customers and contractors, this could be the perfect opportunity!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for builders, contractors, and residential/commercial customers regarding utility service requests
- Coordinating and scheduling service orders and appointments for meter activations and inspections using company software (SAP & Maximo)
- Assisting customers in navigating online applications and providing real-time updates on service installations
- Reviewing system records daily to resolve billing, compliance, and account setup issues before occupancy
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue resolution
This role might be right for you if you:
- Bring at least 5 years of relevant customer service or coordinator experience
- Have completed secondary school (or equivalent)
- Possess superb verbal and written communication skills
- Are technically savvy with strong computer skills, and comfortable learning new software
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in the utilities sector
- Bilingual in French and English
- Familiarity with CRM, SAP, Maximo, or similar systems
