Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Deductions Analyst? You'll be:
• Collecting inquiries, claims, and returns from customers.
• Investigating issues in case of price discrepancies and working with pricing analysts to confirm pricing for each material and timeframe.
• Investigating issues with refusal, damage, over/under shipments, BOL to invoice discrepancies, and gathering necessary paperwork from shipping for each discrepancy.
• Managing the issuing and following through the approval process for any credit and/or credit/rebills as needed to reconcile customer deductions.
• Providing any backup documentation to customers needed in order for them to pay invoices as billed.
