Customer Service Representative
Adairsville GA

Full-Time – 5 days in office
Salary $18-$20 per hour

Looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline connection between company and valued customers.  Play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, answering inquiries, and providing top-tier service to our accounts, end users, and sales team.
Take a customer-first approach, and as part of customer service team - you'll help drive our success by delivering seamless support and building long-lasting relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide professional, friendly support to customers via phone and email.
  • Process orders efficiently through our system.
  • Check product stock availability for customers and sales representatives.
  • Assist end users in finding store locations that carry our products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain active order lists and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Consistently demonstrate reliability through excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of measurements and calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call centers preferred.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the flooring industry is a plus but not required.
