Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Hybrid schedule once fully trained (M-W in office, Th-F work from home)

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Responsible for ensuring total customer and sales representative satisfaction in order management, reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Providing prompt and quality service in areas such as order entry, order management, troubleshooting inquiries, and handling warranty replacements.
• Communicating effectively with sales representatives, regional managers, and various internal teams to resolve issues and support the capital sales business.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Are detail oriented and capable of following a standardized order entry process to ensure accuracy.
