Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: East Windsor,CT
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Additional: Rotating Saturday shifts (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) as needed with other customer service team members
Overtime: Available as needed

We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will maintain direct contact with customers, supporting our sales team by building and nurturing positive client relationships. You will assist various departments across the company and respond quickly and effectively to customer needs, managing accounts and improving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Support the sales team by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Provide assistance across multiple company departments as needed
  • Perform account management functions to address customer inquiries and issues
  • Improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction measures are met
  • Understand and comply with various regulatory requirements, developing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Organize and maintain customer documents and files with accuracy
  • Collaborate as an effective team player, communicating politely, confidently, and persuasively
  • Manage workload under deadlines and work well under pressure
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a structured, people-facing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle paperwork duties efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and a positive team player
