What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative - Trucking Division? You'll be:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about services, rates, and logistical processes.
  • Collaborating with dispatchers to align client requests with driver schedules.
  • Tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to clients regarding status and delivery times.
  • Resolving customer issues or complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and shipment documentation in the system.
  • Working closely with the operations team to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Supporting drivers with route information, changes, and any on-road needs.
  • Managing multiple client accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
  • Possess experience in a customer service role within the logistics or trucking industry (preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Are able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
