Now hiring a 100% onsite Customer Service Representative for our premier client in Billings, MT!
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Billings, MT 59101 (100% onsite)
Position Type: Temp to hire
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Entering orders into the computer system
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Upselling
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of inside sales/customer service experience
- Must have great customer service and communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Must have experience performing most of the functions
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus are required
- Regular in-person attendance required
- Must be a fast learner
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
