Location: Houston TX 77079
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.
Shifts Available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office. WFH Wednesday and Friday, Regular Business hours, Overtime is available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and triage One Call tickets for gas transmission pipelines in Canada and the US, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely notification to Operations for locating and marking activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including One Call centers, regulators, auditors, and excavators to support safe operations and damage prevention.
  • Identify and assess potential threats to the GTM system, investigate unauthorized activities or near misses, and support program improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide program and system support for One Call processes, documentation, ticketing system issues, and standardization efforts across GTM operations.

Must-Haves:

  • A related university degree with limited previous experience, or four plus years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Strong map reading skills.
  • Knowledge of both Canadian and US Provincial/State and Federal Regulations.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and US One Call Regulations (811 & Click Before You Dig).
  • Understanding of various One Call ticket management programs and systems.
  • Effective communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-guided environment, managing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive setting.
