Now Hiring: Customer Support Representative
Location: Portland, CT, In-office (Hybrid after permanent hire)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule:

• Summer: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Winter (Nov–Mar): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Paid Overtime)

About the Role
We are seekingexperienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team ahead of a key system launch. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid schedule once hired permanently. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding service requests, deliveries, billing, and account changes
• Schedule tune-ups and coordinate with oil/service departments
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Explain service options, contracts, and pricing
• Support retention efforts and assist with annual renewals
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve issues, and remain calm under pressure
• Must pass a drug screening
