Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Customer Service Representative to deliver fast, empathetic, and high-quality support to restaurant partners. This role involves managing inbound inquiries across multiple channels, proactively communicating during incidents, and collaboratively improving support processes. You will have the opportunity to analyze data, recommend improvements, and help operationalize scalable solutions to continually enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve inbound customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email; escalate to specialized teams when required
  • Drive outbound communications and proactive updates to stakeholders during incidents, delays, or product changes
  • Monitor live deliveries in real time and intervene to resolve blocked orders, exercising sound judgment for customer and partner resolution
  • Analyze inquiry patterns, document root causes, and recommend policy or workflow improvements to minimize recurring issues
  • Design, implement, and operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, macros, and tooling enhancements for the support operation
  • Continuously seek faster resolution times, improved customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and reduction in escalations through process optimization
Skills & Qualifications
  • Crisp written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm decision-making ability under pressure
  • Comfort with data analysis, dashboards, and basic SQL
  • Proven ownership mindset and dedication to continuous improvement
  • Experience in customer service, support operations, or similar roles preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
