About the Opportunity:
Kelly Services is recruiting a dedicated Customer Service Liaison for our client—a team focused on innovation, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. Here, you'll play a key role in supporting internal and external customers and ensuring smooth communication and follow-through on special requests.
What You'll Do:

  • Maintain contact with customers, providing updates and requested information
  • Act as the main point of contact and coordinate between clients and internal teams
  • Trace shipment data for integrity and manage cases specific to the client
  • Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) requests and clear reclamations
  • Communicate and resolve escalation issues quickly
  • Review and follow operational procedures (SOP's) regularly
  • Support service providers with processes such as stock inventories
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting
  • Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing or walking for long periods
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and bend
  • Work in a manufacturing environment
