Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 1st Shift
Employment Type: Contract for 4 months
Work Setting: On-Site | Local Phoenix Candidates Only

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional front-desk environment.

Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls efficiently while screening and responding to emails.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into credentialing or database systems.

Audit digital records, scan and index documents, and update account information.

Schedule appointments and meeting rooms while supporting internal administrative operations.

Assist with preparation of memos, invoices, and basic reports.

Maintain visitor logs and follow established office security protocols.

Support a collaborative office environment while balancing front-facing hospitality with detailed administrative work.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).

At least 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace experience.

Experience working with CRM or database management systems.

High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry.

Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor in high-traffic settings.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Availability for in-person interviews within one week of posting close date.

Must be local to Phoenix, AZ at time of submission.
