Customer Support Representative – Order Management
Location: Chelmsford, MA -100% onsite
Working hours:  8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$27-30/hr Target Pay
Duration: 1-2 year + contract with Kelly's premium benefits

What you'll be doing:
  • Processing purchase orders, including EDI orders submitted electronically.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email—not phone-based to start.
  • Providing updates on order status, shipping, returns, and sales orders.
  • Learning and using Oracle Cloud to track and process orders.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Supporting team efforts during peak periods (month-end/quarter-end).
About the team:
  • The customer service/order management team handles 300–700 calls daily, though this role begins off the phones.
  • You'll start with email/order support and grow into phone responsibilities as you're trained and ready.
What we're looking for:
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support.
  • Experience processing and managing orders—especially EDI orders.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with or willingness to be trained on Oracle Cloud.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree a plus).
Pay & Schedule:
  • $27-30/hour target pay (based on experience)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Onsite in Chelmsford, MA
