Pay Rate: $19-$21
Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You'll be:
- Providing advanced product and service information while responding to complex customer inquiries to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for successful delivery.
- Managing escalated customer issues promptly, providing necessary managerial approvals, and ensuring resolution.
- Engaging with allocated customers to develop new relationships and acting as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.
- Scheduling follow-up actions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to support customer retention efforts.
- Conducting interviews with customers to clarify their requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use of the organization's products and services.
- Staying informed about company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to maintain compliance in all interactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a strong customer service background with demonstrated experience in a related field.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus.
- Are willing to work onsite five days a week during training, with the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
- Are eager to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
