Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Assignment: Long-Term Temp

Join a leading manufacturing company as a Customer Support Specialist supporting the tooling sales department. In this role, you'll manage orders, process returns, and provide product support across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, returns, and credits in SAP or similar ERP systems

• Provide phone and email support for order tracking, quotations, and technical inquiries

• Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and confirm specifications

• Maintain organized records and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or technical sales experience (manufacturing or industrial preferred)

• Proficiency in SAP or similar business management software

• Strong understanding of order processing, returns, and credit procedures

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and communicate with engineers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
