Cycle Count Coordinator
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator for one of our top clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Perform the cycle count function as the primary facilitator and coordination with finance/accounting on cycle count closure per PBG site standard operating procedure.
  • Establish ABC Analysis for all stock.
  • Coordinate inventory movement and control of MDA AD Scrap through Appian
  • Support the monthly efforts to pull shelf-life limited product from sellable inventory and ensure the appropriate disposition is completed.
  • Conduct audits of inventory, when directed to ensure compliance to FIFO and shelf-life control procedures.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required plus one-month related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience. 
 
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 - 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
