Data and Reporting Analyst – New Brunswick, NJ
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Pay: $40hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
Duration: Long term contract
Position Description:
- The ability to process complex requests, analyze financial data, multi-task and prioritize are imperative skills.
- Excellent Excel and Word skills.
- Learn MS Visio with training.
- Familiar with MS Outlook.
- SharePoint development would be preferable but not required.
- Key relationships include communication and coordination with Regional and site leads to ensure successful and accurate processing and reporting, as well as other partners within the company.
- Communications skills, are critical including the ability to explain and support to ensure a successful outcome.
- Manage cross-sector procure to pay process for NA Sub Region
- Quick Learner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- High level of flexibility.
- Provide timely feedback on processes and management.
- Understanding of annual business plan to properly categorize spending commitment with financial accounting category for accurate budget alignment.
- Procurement documentation requirements to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve purchase orders, prices, and quantity discrepancies to ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
- Execute new supplier add requests and maintain supplier profiles, if needed
- Solve problems utilizing strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills complimented by procurement systems interdependence knowledge
- Suggest and Make improvements to the FPX processes
- Any other activities as needed to support FPX and Global Services
Core responsibilities include:
- Partners with finance to provide reports and drive improvements as necessary
- Provides support to leaders site/service managers for their procurement processes and supplier relationship management SRM roles. This includes purchase orders, check requisitions, utility payment processing, invoice issue resolution, vendor information management.
- Supplier relationship management for FPX Assist with setting up FPX workshops, including meals, rooms, security, etc.
- Manage financials and report out weekly
- Coordinate Travel and Expense for T2s and others as needed
- Update Process Flow charts as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience
- BS / BA Degree preferred
