Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17:50/hr, Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as a Data Entry Operator? You'll be:
  • Assist with the completion of statistical reports as needed
  • Assist with staff and consumer payroll including edit/calculation of timesheets and data entry as assigned
  • Document receipt of monies daily and electronic deposits as needed
  • Reconcile bank statements monthly as assigned
  • Main task will be data entry of accounts payable
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess two (2) years of work experience in a Data Entry -focused role
  • Prefer Bookkeeping experience, but not required
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service
  • Are empathetic and compassionate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing situations
  • Can work independently and as a member of a team
  • Have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Two recent (2) years of work experience in a Data Entry role
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
