What's next for you? This great job. We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work at one of our largest key accounts in the automotive industry in Marysville, OH. Sounds interesting? This position is fully ONSITE in Marysville, OH

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Up to 5 hours OT per week

Pay: up to $23.89/hr based on experience
You will travel to the other Ohio facilities 1 day a week

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • PEBU Asset attributes (Manufacturer, serial, drawing info, purchase price, etc.) into Data load sheet or update within Maximo system
  • Add details (Spare parts, Drawings, Core Data) of PEBU and other LO site equipment into Maximo system.
  • Maintain and keep projects schedules for Asset Management support activities, report activities weekly to Regional Maximo SME

Daily Tasks:
  • Follow direction of Regional Maximo SME
  • Maximo input of Data fields into spreadsheets or Maximo system itself
  • Gather data for Assets
  • Speak with other teams inside of PEBU

Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Maximo Experience is a strong want
2. Microsoft office proficient – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
3. Good Organization & Communication skills

Desired Skills:
  • 2-5 years experience
  • General knowledge of high volume Manufacturing or Maintenance
  • Exposure to mechanical detail drawings is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Self motivated and able to work well in a team environment
