We're seeking an Data Specialist work with one of our top global biopharmaceutical clients in the Barceloneta PR area. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.
Purpose
To assist with a large-scale data migration project.
This contractor will gather and manipulate data to highlight files and folders in Excel to be migrated or archived. Additionally, this role will transfer information into Microsoft Excel, SharePoint to analyze and draw conclusions from the data. This individual will be working closely with our clients and PMO to help move along a data migration project. Highly accurate must research, data sources to verify the validity of requested information. Additional roles and responsibilities as needed. Customer-focused mentality, Eager to learn and flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Have some understanding of data migrations. Quality checks file transfers.
Requirements
Computer based, Computer Bachelor's degree Required
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, forms creations
Formula creation in excel
Experience in worksheet Validation
Fully Bilingual
LIMS Experience is a nice to have
Daily Work Schedule Expectations MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8-5 OR 9-6
