Description

We are seeking Production Cooks for one of our premier clients in Lubbock, TX.  As a Production Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking meals for patients, staff, and visitors. We have AM and PM positions available and some weekends are required. Pay rate is $13 per hour. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals following standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Maintain accurate records of food production, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
- Respond to special dietary requests and accommodate individual needs as required.
- Continuously strive to improve culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 year of previous cooking experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
