This position is 100% ONSITE in Lincoln, AL must be able to commute to Lincoln, AL
Shift: 2nd shift 3:45p-12:30a Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
Pay rate: $26.08/hr, OT $39.12/hr
Average OT is 5-10hrs/week

What will you be doing as a Desktop Support?
Supporting the production floor to reduce IT related downtime
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Answer radio calls concerning IT issues that impacts the manufacturing of units
  • Document the calls by creating a ITSM incident ticket
  • Create timelines for incidents that last more than 10 minutes
  • Install Production software
  • Replace Production hardware
  • Manage Line Support projects
  • Crisis management and escalation
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of incident ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ITSM, etc
  • A+ Certified
  • Netplus Certification
  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting Windows 10
  • Experience installing complex hardware/software
  • Troubleshooting experience for networking, server related issues
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of Linux Ubuntu
  • Experience with troubleshooting Zebra and Lexmark printers
  • Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiar with Power Apps, Power BI 
  •  Will need to know how to create problem summaries and timelines of issues that have occurred greater than 15 mins of down time and manage own projects within the team
