Job Title: Die Cutter Helper (Machine Operator) Division: Packaging Department: Converting Status: Hourly Supervisor: Production Supervisor Pay: $19.88 - $20.63
12 hour shifts 7am-7pm /7pm-7am PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION The die cutter helper operates the die cutting machine to cut out parts to a specified size and shape. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties · Read and verify line orders/dockets · Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available · Effectively monitor production equipment · Complete daily production paperwork · Maintain a clean and safe work area · Follow established safety rules and regulations · Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS · High School Diploma or GED preferred. · Mechanical aptitude · Must be capable of standing for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. · Must have basic computer and math skills. · Must be able to read and comprehend Basic English.
