Join our dynamic team as a Project-Based Design Specialist, where you will play a key role in designing and maintaining collateral and website content/layout to support our organizational goals. This individual contributor position requires a creative mind and a keen eye for detail, as you will manage projects within budget and on schedule while adhering to brand guidelines. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Project-Based
- Duration: 18 months
- Location: Remote in NJ or NY
- Pay Rate: $37.41 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Design and maintain high-quality collateral and website content/layout.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.
- Apply professional expertise and judgment to resolve design related issues.
- Collaborate with team members while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
- Utilize design, web, and multimedia software effectively, including Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, HTML, InDesign, Photoshop, Experience Manager, Illustrator, XD, Excel, and Word.
- Stay updated on printing procedures, photography, and illustration techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
