Join our dynamic team as a Project-Based Design Specialist, where you will play a key role in designing and maintaining collateral and website content/layout to support our organizational goals. This individual contributor position requires a creative mind and a keen eye for detail, as you will manage projects within budget and on schedule while adhering to brand guidelines. Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Project-Based
• Duration: 18 months
• Location: Remote in NJ or NY
• Pay Rate: $37.41 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-quality collateral and website content/layout.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.
• Apply professional expertise and judgment to resolve design related issues.
• Collaborate with team members while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
• Utilize design, web, and multimedia software effectively, including Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, HTML, InDesign, Photoshop, Experience Manager, Illustrator, XD, Excel, and Word.
• Stay updated on printing procedures, photography, and illustration techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to build strong relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and multimedia software applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
