Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Digitization Clerk for a leading Manufacturing Company in Statesville, NC.  
      
Shift:   

• 1st shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Monday – Friday
  
Payrate:

• $22/hr
• Weekly pay every Friday!



Duties:

• Scanning and digitizing physical documents, photos, books, and other media using appropriate hardware and software.
• Organizing, labeling, and systematically filing digital assets for easy retrieval.
• Performing quality control to ensure accurate and complete digital copies, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
• Operate and maintain digitization equipment (e.g., scanners, computers).
• Assist in preparing documents for scanning, including removing staples, clips, or bindings.
• Support digital file storage and backup processes.
• Report technical issues and assist in basic equipment troubleshooting


    
Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual speak fluently English and Spanish  
• Have a proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers. 
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in an archives/library setting is a plus
• Knowledge of file formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, JPEG).
• Experience with content or records management systems
• Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for digitization hardware and software.
• High School Diploma
• Steel toe shoes required
