Kelly is hiring a dispatcher!
Must have prior dispatching experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage truckload dispatch operations efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Secure loads from freight brokers and manage scheduling.
- Utilize truckload boards and routing software to optimize operations.
- Maintain compliance with DOT rules, regulations, and hours-of-service requirements.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Prior experience in full truckload planning, routing, and dispatching.
- Preferred: Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service.
- Preferred: Experience working with truckload boards.
- Required: Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Required: High School Diploma, GED, or higher education.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills to interact with drivers, brokers, and management.
- Flexibility with work hours when needed.
