What You'll Do:
  • Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for digital scanning.
  • Use proprietary software and quality check your work to ensure precise electronic records.
  • Troubleshoot scanning hardware/software as needed and keep equipment in top shape.
  • Perform quality checks and manual data entry to guarantee document accuracy.
  • Reassemble documents and get them ready for delivery to customers.
  • Handle boxes weighing up to 35 lbs—move them from pallet to desk in an air-conditioned office.
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and follow company procedures.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in a team-based role, ideally in a service industry setting.
  • Strong communication skills and basic PC proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working at a steady, productive pace.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ready to embrace project work and adapt to changing priorities.
