Rate Pay: $15/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Employment type: Temp-to-Perm.

What's a typical day as a Driver Recruiter? You'll be:

  • Assist the verification of employment group in verifying the previous employment of prospective new hires
  • Reach out to drivers, previous employers, and clinics via phone and email to resolve issues.
  • Complete hired-30-day driver files
  • Manage multiple driver verifications at the same time, meeting weekly deadlines
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for driver retention.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to manage high volume of communication with drivers, employers, clinics, etc.
  • Review Background Reports
  • Understand and apply FMCSA Information
  • Complete driver files according to DOT & company regulations
  • Multi-task
  • Ability to make 75-150 calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Knowledge in Tenstreet is a plus.
