Location: Windsor, CT 06095

Pay & Schedule:

2nd Shift: $21.40/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Eligible for a raise after 90 days

What You'll Do:

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and wiring equipment to exact specifications.

  • Assembly & Wiring: Construct and wire electrical components using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and soldering irons.

  • Soldering & Splicing: Connect and secure electrical components with precision in a production or workshop setting.

  • Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret schematics, drawings, and technical sketches.

  • Organization & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete production logs.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with a skilled technical team to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications:

This position is a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience assembling industrial electrical components, wiring instruments, performing crimping and soldering, or building wire harnesses.

  • Can safely and effectively operate hand tools, measuring devices, and soldering equipment.

  • Are comfortable working in tight spaces, climbing ladders with up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Have at least 1 year of relevant experience (or a willingness to learn and a great attitude).

  • Are confident using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings.

  • Are familiar with tablets, computers, and digital tools used in modern assembly work.

Education & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Technical training in electronics, soldering, or electrical assembly is a plus
