Electrical Assembler | Glen Arm, MD | $25-40/hr. based on skills and experience | Temporary to Hire | Monday-Friday day shift schedule, flexible to shift start time between 6am-8am (8hr shifts) with voluntary OT available 

If you're looking for an Electrical Assembler role, look no further! Kelly, in partnership with a client in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an Electrical Assembler in Glen Arm, MD! Our client is growing and adding experienced electrical assemblers to their team!

Job Duties:
• Perform intricate wiring and assembly tasks for various components and systems.
• Interpret advanced wiring diagrams and apply electrical principles to troubleshoot and assemble circuitry.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations and assemblies to maintain quality standards.
• Verify operational performance of wiring and assemblies through comprehensive functional testing and by following all safety protocols.

Required Experience:
• Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics, symbols, and technical drawings.
• Prior experience in assembling control boxes, and control panels for industrial equipment is required.  Will build control panels from ground up.
• Experienced with selecting and maintaining hand and power tools, including providing basic personal tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolves routine issues, and escalates complex problems as needed; able to perform various physical tasks.
