Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a busy manufacturer located in Franklin, KY 42134. 


Maintenance Technician - Electrical
Location: Franklin, KY
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation: $32 Hourly
Shift- 3rd: 7pm -7am Rotating 2,2,3
Direct Hire Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician - Electrical, you will facilitate a learning and practical environment, managing projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from electronic diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and verbal or written instructions.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment breakdowns.
  • Install and repair components such as microprocessors and programmable controllers.
  • Maintain motors, tachometers, and generators.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  • Assist and resolve machine problems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize various test equipment like oscilloscopes and voltmeters.
  • Collaborate with maintenance crews and move materials as needed.
Qualifications:
  • An Associate's degree in applied science or equivalent technical degree is preferred; 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong attendance record and commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Availability for overtime and efficient task performance.
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
Physical Demands:
  • Respond to and perform preventive maintenance requests.
  • Execute diagnostics and install electrical components.
  • Maintain lighting in parking lots and service electrical panels.
  • Perform duties using fork trucks and scissor lifts.
