We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Project Engineer to support a high-profile Data Center Power Generation Project located in West Jordan, UT. This role is strictly onsite, with no remote work or travel allowance available. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of engineering experience, exhibit a strong technical background, and demonstrate the capacity to work effectively within a dynamic construction environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and executing project activities to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Provide engineering support focusing on the electrical and mechanical components of power generation systems.
  • Operate efficiently within an active construction site, ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Review, interpret, and verify the accuracy of engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Utilize Procore and other relevant software tools for efficient documentation, project tracking, and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project success and resolve any issues.
  • Support procurement activities, maintain meticulous material tracking, and execute quality control protocols.
  • Participate proactively in project meetings, offering technical insights and contributing to collaborative problem-solving efforts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, achievement of key milestones, and implementation of engineering best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of engineering experience, preferably in construction, power generation, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems within industrial or power generation settings.
  • Experience with Procore software or similar project management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, outdoor environment on an active construction site.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to dynamic project conditions.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and a strong, team-oriented mindset.
