We're seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler for this temp to hire role for an equipment manufacturer in Chatsworth, CA. This is a temp to hire position, and the company is looking for employees eager to grow in the role and business. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm

Pay: $21-23 p/h

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of assembly operations and tasks on electronic or electrotechnical components.
• Required to work from established prints and drawings
• Mid-level assembly performs delicate placement and alignment, wire bonding of small components
• Regular use of microscope
• Perform pin bonds between substrate and product pins.
• Use hand tools and items such as fine tipped tweezers, x-acto knives, vacuum devices, dental probes, calipers, scales.
• Handle and apply epoxy and solder on densely populated substrate pads without disturbing epoxy on neighboring pads.
• Manually place above mentioned components on substrates without disturbing neighboring wet assemblies.
• Able to speak, read and write English.
• Base computer knowledge and willingness to utilize in production environment.

What makes you a great fit:

• High school diploma required.
• Electromechanical assembly & soldering proven experience 2+ years
• Skilled and comfortable with small hand tools on a repetitive basis
• Looking for full time hours with set schedule
• Disciplined accountable self-starter, able to work well with others
• J-standard soldering or IPC Cert preferred
