Description

Hiring two (2) Electromechanical Technicians for a eader in light and sustainable construction materials company.

  • Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 2nd shift: 1 pm - 9:30 pm OR 
  • Pay rate: 35$ - 50$ per hour (according to experience)
  • Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (with possible extension)
  • Start date: Feb 9 (approx)

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing/maintenance; proficiency in CNC, injection molding, and tooling repair (Mazak, Engel, Toshiba) preferred.

  • Technical Skills: 2+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; ability to read blueprints and interpret technical manuals.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and control systems. Familiarity with Lean/World Class principles and maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR).

  • Systems: Skilled in CMMS/CAFM software and standard computer applications.

  • Compliance: Strong working knowledge of OSHA, local building codes, and health/safety regulations.

  • Education/Certifications: Trade experience preferred; Green/Black Belt or AM/PM certification a plus.


Core Responsibilities
  • Maintenance & Repair: Execute timely breakdown repairs, PM work orders, and facility improvements while managing parts inventory.

  • Safety Leadership: Act as an EHS role model; manage LOTO, permits, and safety audits to eliminate workplace hazards.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive 5S maturity, participate in Early Equipment Management (EEM), and escalate critical issues to management.

  • Quality Commitment: Adhere to data integrity principles and continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
