Looking for a stable, high-paying 1st shift opportunity with a respected manufacturer? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an Electronic Assembler to join a premier company specializing in engineered fastening systems in Highland Heights, OH.

If you have assembly experience and can read wiring diagrams, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule
•    $24.12 per hour

•    1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
•    Monday–Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities
•    Assemble tools and build mechanical and electronic sub-assemblies
•    Perform instrumented mechanical and electrical assembly
•    Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and assembly blueprints
•    Ensure accurate assembly and repair of electrical components
•    Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's in Electrical Engineering preferred)
•    2–3 years of assembly experience (electronic or mechanical assembly preferred)
•    Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical prints
•    Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
•    Basic math, reading, and computer skills
•    Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
