Electrical Assemblers
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Windsor, CT, as an Electrical Assembler and play a key role in crafting high-quality electrical components. 

Job Specifications: 
Climate Controlled Facility
Steel Toe Boots are required
Full benefits and Bonus potential up to 10% upon permanent hire
Pay increases after 90 days

•    Pay Rate:
•    $20.00/hr (1st Shift), 
•    $21.40/hr (2nd Shift) 
•    Shift: 
•    1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), 
•    2nd Shift (Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What will you be doing?
•    Assemble and wire electrical components utilizing hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and soldering irons. 
•    Execute precise soldering and splicing of electrical components. 
•    Interpret and work from technical schematics, drawings, and sketches. 
•    Ensure a clean and safe workspace while keeping detailed production logs. 
•    Collaborate effectively within a technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: 
•    Extensive experience in assembling industrial electrical components and wiring. 
•    Proficient in using hand tools, measuring devices, and soldering equipment safely. 
•    Ability to work in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. 
•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
•    Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or eagerness to learn with a positive attitude. 
•    Competency in using measuring tools and understanding technical drawings. 
•    Familiarity with digital tools used in modern assembly work.

Education Requirements: 
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
•    Technical training in electronics, soldering, or electrical assembly is advantageous.
