Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for three key positions: Rework Technician, Tester, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technician.
Your ability to identify and attract top talent will be essential in supporting our organization's growth and ensuring we meet our operational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions, including Rework Technicians, Testers, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technicians.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and expectations for each position.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts and attract top talent.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electronics manufacturing recruiting experience or experience supporting contract electronic manufacturing companies. 
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and make sound hiring recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with technical roles, including knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, is a plus.
