Embedded/Test Equipment Software Engineer
**Up to $102.76/hour**

Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for an embedded/test equipment software engineer on a Department of Defense contract with our customer in Chandler, AZ. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Working for the Glide Phase Interceptor Program, you will play a pivotal role in performing software development and hardware/computer in loop design and testing activities for our customer's program. This position will serve on-site at Launch Vehicles in Chandler, AZ.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports test equipment hardware and software requirements planning, architecture development, detailed design, and integration/startup of real time computer and full hardware in loop test laboratories
- Develops test equipment hardware and software architectures to support real time distorted scene injection into flight hardware, as part of test laboratory development
- Develops GPU software to predict and mimic flight condition scenarios in real time test environment
- Ensures software standards are met
- Work in a collaborative multi-discipline team environment
Required:
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in computer science, computer systems, or related degree and six (6) years of related experience, or a Master's of Science degree in a related discipline and four (4) years of related experience
- Software development experience in C, C++, C# and/or Java in Linux and/or Windows environment
- Active DoD Secret security clearance investigated within the last five (5) years
- U.S. citizenship
Desired:
- Experience in design, integration, and testing with real time computer in loop and hardware in loop test laboratories
- Experience in developing interfaces to support weapon system integration efforts
- Familiarity with six degrees of freedom simulation systems and integration of 6DoF simulation models into a real time environment for test as you fly scenarios
- Experience IR scene injection into electronics for processing in real time embedded flight firmware/software
- GPU Development experience to present real time constrained scene generation
- Experience working in an Agile framework and team environment
- Ability to work with a multi-discipline team and a dynamic work environment
