Kelly® is looking for an Emergency Vehicle Technician to work at a premier distributor of Emergency Vehicle Lights, Sirens, and Vehicle Equipment in Denison, TX. - The expected pay range for this role is $17 to $23 with the eligibility to earn other types of compensation.
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's a typical day as an Emergency Vehicle Technician? You'll be:
- Installing, repairing, testing, and removing 12-volt law enforcement vehicle equipment, including:
- Light bars
- Flashers
- Sirens
- Video cameras
- Laptops
- Printers
- Consoles
- Transport partitions
- Radios
- Speakers
- Antennas
- Routers
- And more
- Performing physically demanding tasks that may require accessing confined spaces to modify vehicles to the client's requirements
- Working Monday to Friday, with some weekend work applicable for large projects

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have automotive or marine 12v experience (a plus)
- Have Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) Certification (desired, but not required)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience (desired, but not required)
- Have knowledge of vehicle wiring
- Are able to identify electrical circuits
- Have experience with the installation of emergency lighting (desired, but not required)
- Are prompt and prepared to work
- Display effective communication with others
- Work safely and follow company safety standards
- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and are a self-starter
- Maintain a clean work area
- Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Work well in a team but also excel while working independently
- Are able to communicate well with others
- Are able to work on and see small objects
- Have good hearing and color vision
