Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hour (DOE, up to $23 for highly qualified candidates)
Our client is seeking an experienced Enamel Stoning & Sanding Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is critical in ensuring the high-quality finish of our enamel products. We are looking for candidates with prior experience, as this justifies the competitive pay rate.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform stoning and sanding processes to refine enamel products.

Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.

Operate and maintain necessary equipment for stoning and sanding.

Follow detailed instructions and company guidelines for product finishing.

Inspect work for accuracy and consistency, making necessary corrections.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow efficiency.

Prior experience in enamel stoning and sanding is strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Ability to follow precise instructions and work efficiently.

Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment.

Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
